non run flat tires

Anyone swap out the runflat tires for standard tires? I am getting sick of all the road noise
from the OEM Bridgestones.

A couple of days ago i had the chance to inspect the PS2 for the porsche turbo and the GTR bridgestones.

The porsche PS2 side walls was like a marshmallow compared to the mahognay block style bridgestones. Somewhere in between might be nice but I really would not fancy those PS2 on a GTR.

Speaking on the runflat tires from Bridgestones, do any one experience any problem with them in heavy rain? I cannot even go as fast as the average cars in the rain because it keeps swerving. In fact , one day and luckily enough I tried to pass a car in rain because 18 wheeler was hauling *** behind me, the car hydroplaned. Myy insurance ended up paying about 29,000 k. The front tires are brand new the rear is half life. and can u recommend me the best tires for rain? I don't drive the GTR in the rain any more.

All summer track day tyres like the OE are rubbish at clearing water.

The Nissan approved winter tyres may just be the ticket by the look for their pattern.
