Am I capable of affording a GTR with a $60k yr income?
Currently I have a 2010 Camaro SS..Payments are $380 a month and can afford it easily..My other only bills are house ($755 a month) and a cc bill which i pay only $100 a month, my fiance pays all the extras such as elect bill groceries etc....I usually have like 2000-2500 a month of extra money in my pocket..Whats some of you GTR owners incomes look like?? I did the calculations and looks like if i can find one for $60k with 10k down my payment would be like $600-650 a month...Which is only 270 more...I really want this car!!!!!!! lol just want some reassurance before i pull trigger

The real question isn't can you buy the car but rather SHOULD you buy the car. I'm going through the same process deciding if I should buy a GTR or not. For perspective, I make $170k year and have no debt and I'm not sure if I SHOULD buy a GTR. I think your calculations are WAY low on the risky side. Here's how I would decide. A $50K loan for 5 years at only 3% interest (assuming you're buying a 4 year old car with great credit) is $900 per month; gas = $300/month (1 tank a week at $4/gallon); insurance = $100 month; Engine Oil changes & Misc = $200 every 6,000 miles; Transmission & Differential Fluid Changes = $2,000 every 18,000 miles; Tire Change = $2,000 / set (tire life should be somewhere between 8,000 miles and 20,000 miles depending on many factors including how you drive, the roads where you live, weather conditions); Brake pads & rotors = $6,000 / set (every 24,000 miles).
Lets assume you put 12,000 miles per year on the car and you perform all suggested maintenance as listed above per Nissan recommendation. Your monthly cost to own a GTR is $1861.
So, back to my original statement, can you and should you are two different questions. What does your fiance say about spending $1861 per month on a car vs. saving for a house, wedding, vacation together, etc? I'm not going to say whether you should buy the car or not, but I would make the decision based on the conservative information I listed above rather than the figures you posted. Good luck, I'm struggling with the same question. Cheers!
