New GT-R Horsepower Record
So I told a bunch of people I would never post up the numbers on my car....but it was just too exciting not to.
Press Release for the GTR..Vid at the bottom...check it out.
As of Friday, December 2th, 2005 Dieman Motorsports in cooperation with Naoto Negishi of Blast Racing in Gardena, California became the owners of the first North American based 1000+ Horsepower Nissan Skyline GT-R with a pull of 1,028 awhp. After more tuning and the addition of ignition amplifiers and timing the GT-R made it’s highest pull of 1,133 awhp on Sunday, December 4th.
The 1995 Nissan Skyline GT-R was purchased through Motorex by Dieman Motorsports owner Jake Diehl over three years ago. Since then it has been the concept of the car to be the first 1000 horsepower GT-R in the country. Since then the GT-R has been under build towards completion of this goal.
A year and a half ago Naoto Negishi was brought in to this project through Motorex. The car was shipped to Naoto at his workplace in Gardena, California. Naoto completed the first set-up of the car in July of 2005. The car was then shipped to Dieman Motorsports in Lee’s Summit, Missouri for it’s public debut at Hot Import Nights in Kansas City. The car then went under the knife again as it was not at it’s goal of over 1,000 horsepower to the tire.
With the help of E.A. from the House of Boost , Chad Charlton of Big CAC Tuning, and Ariella Addadi of Dieman Motorsports the skyline’s second set-up was finished in time for Naoto to return to Kansas City to finish the final tuning on the car. The above result is the completion of a three year project and significant effort on the parts of all mentioned.
Special Thanks:
Naoto Negishi

It's about time you guys in the states are GETTING 'ER DONE. Nice to see the R's finally representing the BEST of what Japan has to offer.
Now take it to the track and clock off some 9's. We have been doing it in Japan and Oz has been doing it for a while now as well!
My best 330ft = 4.53 in a parking lot!
