By special you mean cooler climate and better octane fuel?

Yes, like in Toronto.. 94 Octane readily available at every corner, and nice cool temps most of the year.... Boost friendly to say the least.

Are we talking +50hp - +100hp for a simple exhaust mod? 3" straightpipe off the cat?
