An IRS Zeta platform Mustang with an Active Fuel 415 hp Eco boost V6, Dual Clutch Tranny, HUD and Magnetic Stability Control, at 3,300lbs.

Can you say... 0-60 in 3.9?

yea they do.

but by working together, they cut costs and expenses by 50%

And then there is the sharing of platforms and technology, aka, Zeta the Independant Rear Suspension Ford has bee delaying investing in.

GM would be interested in Ford's Dual Clutch, and the Twin Turbo Eco-boost V6.

Ford is supposed to be going after the Volt's Technology... which MIGHT happen just to keep the technology here in America and out of japan.

i'd go off on a longer discussion on this, but I don't have the time, but it would definately be an interesting and probably very beneficial move
