Cars for the Cure Car Show Feb. 6, 2010

On Saturday, February 6, 2010 The American Lung Association of Florida - Central Area will once again race into Colonial TownPark in Lake Mary, FL to host its 6th Annual “Cars for the Cure event. The event is an all day auto-show extravaganza on Saturday showcasing some of the most powerful, exotic and highly-tuned cars from around the world. The event attracts nearly 15,000 people and has quickly become one of the biggest and best car shows in the Southeastern United States!

Cars for the Cure is not only an awesome car show, but a terrific way to join in the fight against lung disease. Your support of the 2010 event will help benefit those struggling to breathe easier through research, educational lung health programs, and national and state advocacy efforts. Here in Central Florida; the funds raised from this event will support programs such as asthma education for elementary school children, smoking cessation programs for teenagers and support groups for those living with lung cancer and COPD.

If you have any questions regarding the Cars for the Cure event or our request, please do not hesitate to contact us at (407) 425-5864 ext. 1314 or via email at centralevents1@lungfla.org. Additional information about the event is available at our website at www.CarsfortheCure.com. We hope you can join us in making the American Lung Association’s “Cars for the Cure 2010” a very special event.
